We were more than satisfied with the service and quality of the item purchased. The only thing that went a little wrong was that we were given a day for delivery from your office! This did not happen, and when we phoned asking why we were told the delivery company would telephone a day, and time slot. Again this did not happen and only when the delivery arrived did we know it was coming. Overall a very good experience, but if we had not been at home when the delivery was made what the procedure would have been, I do not know! Quality, and the way the item was packed could not be faulted.
