I ordered 2 sofas and a foot stall in January I received them in march, we where still doing work to the house so didn’t unwrap them, when I finally did there where 2 different colours.
The 2 seater and the foot stool was the same colour & fabric that I was sent samples of but the 3 seater was completely different fabric & colour all 3 items had different batch numbers. I contacted the company and they assured me that this was unusual but they didn’t give compensation they resolve problems, so there were going to send me a complete new set in a few weeks.
Delivery day of sofa’s number 2 and there where completely different colours and fabric to what I had the samples of but was told that this was the new fabric and there was nothing they could do, I asked the delivery driver to take them back but they refused. I phoned the company to explain and they insisted that they was what I order. I knew they weren’t because I still had the samples that I sent for originally and these sofas had feathers inside I did not order feathers I wanted foam.
Absolutely appalling customer service, I wanted them pick up so I could get delivery of a new sofa because I didn’t have enough room to store there sofas and again they couldn’t do it for a few weeks so I missed the sale of an ex display suite and would have to wait weeks to order a new one from someone else.
I decided to keep it because of ill health and didn’t want to be without a sofa for 8-12 weeks but still no compensation.
The worst company I’ve ever bought from I wouldn’t use again
