I purchased MS Office professional keys and they didn't work, giving error saying the code has already been redeemed. I sent email to support but didn't receive any response, I tried to initiate chat, but chat tool is not responsive and show text in some other languages. I tried to submit feedback, but there also didn't get any response back.
