I ordered a recovery disk which arrived today. I have been advised that this is not what I need, so have not even opened it and wish to return it for a refund. It was very difficult to find the address, and eventually I found a phone number 0203 745 3662 which does not appear to be a proper number. I think I have been duped! A L Carter
