Ordered Office 2019 Pro., but the key provided failed to work even using the MS telephone activation - 'not a valid product' according to MS so I've wasted my money. The voicemail is always full so obviously never checked and my 'support email' which should have been answered in 10 mins is still unanswered. Softwarerepairworld is a total FRAUD and should be avoided.
Will now try for a refund from Mastercard.
