I purchased the win X DVD ripper I saw they gave me an option for download or hard copy I paid the extra money for the hard copy but they sent me the download instead I have tried numerous times to attach it it tells me the name or the code does not match I have tried to get help but nobody answers me back I am not in the habit of throwing away $30 please help I cannot even reach you through phone my email is lgcmouse@aol.com. please help
