This company sent me 3 cds I had described my problem. None of them helped. When I went to online chat on web site no one answered. When I filled in web site query form no one got back to me . I did this three times. My problem with laptop password has not been fixed. They say on site that help is always available to customers!!! It’s not. Yvonne mckee
