Not convinced yet. Place order and got instant Office 2016 code and the next day got the DVD. This was 5* service. Went to install office, would not activate online so went through the process using my phone (down a star) - long drawn out affair but got there and product activated (up a star). Used on-line ticket messaging system 2hr response - no reply in 24hrs (down a star) E-Mailed instead - not expecting a response to my question regarding the activation issue. So in anticipation, down to 3*s. Not all what it seems - time will tell.
