Good experience all round. All the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly for someone like me who was a novice.
At the end I didn't purchase a portfolio only as it was agreed that I couldn't commit to much time due to other commitments. This wasn't a problem, no pressure to buy at all, in fact I was advised not to go any further due to the time restraints.
Photos were professional looking and made me look good!
