The staff were approachable, welcoming and there was a good atmosphere in the studio. Everyone knew their roles, were friendly & accommodating. Even though the day was long, it went quickly and I was never left for long periods. The directions that are sent through for the location are spot on. I didn’t know if I should trust what I was being told but every step of the process I received telephone calls, WhatsApp/text messages & emails. For a first time experience, being very apprehensive, I soon realised my worries were wasted & the experience was fabulous.
