Wow, what an amazing experience. I was feeling a little nervous but the welcoming, smiley faces put me at my ease immediately. The vibe was fun and light but truly professional. The team was helpful in every way possible, giving advise and direction in a gentle and sensitive way. Nothing was too much trouble. The hair and makeup team were fantastic, creating the perfect look, be it casual right up the glitzy glam. A day to remember!
