Have not been able to contact anybody. Up until a week ago my account still apparently existed. But looks like it's disappeared all of a sudden. Cannot contact agent as the email does not exists anymore. Last contact was mid July and agent keeps wanting me to pump in more funds which I said No to. Haven't heard from them since. But account was still going up until 1 week ago.
The 'Live' chat is always we are away right now and if you leave your email still no one responds.
