Very disappointed so far, product was faulty, reported this 2 days ago with a photograph of the faulty LED light by which the defect could be clearly seen, sent 2 emails and still no reply - not even an acknowledgement of my email. There is still time to sort this out and I am hopeful of a positive response very shortly hence the poor and not very poor.
