The service I received from Solihull Lighting was excellent. My Husband found that one of the glass shades had a chip along the edge, we made a phone call to see if the problem could be rectified. Even though it was only a few days before Christmas a delivery of not one but two new shades where received the following day. We are more than pleased with the service and our light fittings and would use this company again.
