Always happy with the service and staff are very polite and professional. Disappointed that on last two occasions items I purchased have failed within 5 years and have been difficult to replace. Latest and on going issue is that item required is out of stock and not available until June! a long time and a pity as I do rate Solihull Lighting as a good supplier/organisation.
