On phoning to check on stock of lights was told they were in stock and would be despatched next day, but having not received them and ringing to find out the situation turned out had been wrongly informed and they would be despatched the following week direct from the supplier. Whilst frustrated having to wait, the staff I dealt with were courteous and helpful and I did receive them promptly once back in stock.
