Order Number 6748WEB 25/3/14. Found an ideal fitting at a reasonable price but the the next day, 26/3, received an apologetic call to say that the item was no longer available but if I would care to select something else I could have a 10% discount. All I had to do once a selection had been made was to phone and a discount code would be provided. A new selection was made and I called 27/3 and spoke to a colleague of the gentleman spoken to the previous day who quickly checked the details of the order but informed me that a few details needed to be sorted after which I would be contacted again. I gained the impression that this would be the same day but at the time of writing I'm still waiting. I was at first quite impressed with the service but it now seems to have gone awry ; hence only 2 stars.
