Extremely impressed with the excellent customer service. One of the items I wanted was out of stock, I got a speedy e-mail explaining this and offering possible alternatives, with a discount for any inconvenience and a free next day delivery. I was pleased with the choice they offered and decided to opt for the alternative. As I was spending a considerable amount of money the service was much appreciated, however I think you'd get this regardless. Excellent company and would certainly recommend if you are looking for something not found on the high street or well known D.I.Y stores.
