Extremely satisfied in every respect, other than I would have preferred to know, before ordering, that the item in question was not actually in stock (the website gives no clue) so that I could make an informed decision about ordering. This is particularly important as payment is taken at the order point, rather than, as is more usual, on despatch to the customer.
