Ordered a glass pendant shade which arrived, extreme ley well packed within 36 hours, will be fitted by our electrician next week. Delivery service excellent-I received emails and texts updating me and was provided with an hour long delivery window, which was adhered to. Very impressed all round so far. Looking forward to seeing the light in position.
