The telephone help line was excellent. The operator couldn't find an answer to the query I had, but promised to follow it up and call me back. She called back promptly on Monday morning, even though I had rung quite late on Saturday afternoon. My delivery arrived this morning - haven't unpacked the box yet but not expecting any problems.
