Although I have given you a very good review that is for service and delivery, which was extremely quick, however, only half the light fitting has been received. We contacted you yesterday and emailed photographs of what we had received, but have heard nothing back from you yet. An early delivery of those parts not received would convince me that I was right to give you a very good review.
