Ordered some lights and was then informed they were no longer stocked but was provided with details of almost the exact same lights but different make. Great, personal service when phoned to get more details. As it was the Xmas period, there was a couple of days delay but even got a phone call to say they would be a couple of days later. Came wonderfully packed. I actually had bought two very cheap light fittings but got two bulbs free and the service was as though I was spending a huge amount of money. Very impressed.
