All stages of my order were easy to do , the online system worked very well. The confirmation of order e-mail and the e-mails concerning the progress of the order were spot on. Finally to receive the order itself within two days was excellent. I have to say that at the time of ordering the bulbs, I also ordered some items from Amazon and I have not yet received them. So thank you for such good customer service.
