Order took 5 whole days to turn up, was ordered on the Friday, supposed to be processed/despatched on the Monday, didn't happen. Finally despatched my order on the Wednesday, items finally turned up following Friday after order, a whole week!!
No contact from Solihull Lighting at all, I had to contact them, to find out Wed dispatch, tried cancelling order, completely ignored cancel instruction.
Awful!!!
