Although it was out of stock when I made the order, I have been most impressed by Julie who has telephoned me to advise me of the status quo, offering to cancel the order and reimburse me if waiting was not an option. There are so few companies in this country who even understand the meaning of the word "service industry", it was a most refreshing experience. I will of course be waiting eagerly for the delivery of my light fitting, but happy to leave it with a company who know what they are doing. Gillian Lello
