Queries regarding the product were resolved efficiently. The order was despatched and received promptly. Unfortunately the light was found to be faulty when the electrician opened the box but the fast response to this when reported to staff at Solihull Lighting was excellent. They were informed on Tuesday and the replacement light arrived on Thursday. Only one minor criticism; I am still awaiting collection of the faulty item despite having phoned twice.
