I recently purchased a pendant light for my dining room. Unfortunately when we opened the box, the glass shade was broken. Solihull Lighting were very helpful when I contacted them; Adam from the company contacted the manufacturers who agreed to send a replacement. The new one was delivered the following week and the broken one picked up.
