solution-fx customer service is by far the most non existent and unresponsive service I have seen. My open ticket 09119070 for returning money for a canceled P2P order has not been addressed for 4 months. I have emailed and messaged them to no end. Very frustrating that they do not respond to a customer’s need, I'm just glad I resolved this problem and got out my money with the help of Fosterboon.org.
I will never use this stvpid platform again.
