It's a complete scam. They trick people with high commission fees from the "Convert" tab under the name of easy conversion. You cannot contact live support anyway. If you do, they speak sarcastically and insultingly. Your requests are not met in any way. (Tried.) They received a $25 commission for a $1200 conversion.
