Take your money and dont deliver goods. Delivered it to somewhere els. They won't refund me until the item gets back to them! Appalling customer service. Actually told me to drive 40 miles to collect the parcel to get it back to them for a quicker resolution. Blame UPS but thats there problem mine is with them taking a large quantity of money, failing to deliver and then won't refund until they can sort ups to go to the mis delivered parcel and take it back to them. Customer service lied and said refund sorted but when asked for proof they had to admit they hadn't done it. I opened a case with my bank and something different and asked for a name or reference from there representative to add this to the document they got arsey and disconnected me. One star is too much for this company.
