I bought the wrong product by mistake and customer services were very quick to enact a refund. Updating to Sound ID and getting the Apollo/Luna extension proved invaluable. It was always a bit fiddly using reference 3/4, but now the process is seamless and I enjoy calibrated speakers all the time without having to second guess whether it's engaged or not.
