Slow on delivery. Are very unclear that they are actually _not_ the manufacturer, and that they are selling refurbished drives (they describe them as "new" on ebay). Prices are keen, especially with a guarantee, though it's only one year (a failure within which could fall under the Sale of Goods act anyway, for a drive claimed to be new).
