Ordered a dress from this company in April and it didn't fit my mother in law so I returned the item to the company for a refund. Thirty seven days have now passed since returning the item and still no refund, all contact is just answered with 'it may take up to 21 days' despite being long past that time. Very poor company, avoid at all costs
