A product I purchased turned out not to have a hard drive. I emailed them (twice, as they ignored the first) to say the description clearly says it has 1 hard drive installed. They replied using exclamation points, completely ignoring their clear error - and being horribly rude in the process. They never acknowledged or offered to help at all - they just sent return details (which I have to pay for). Avoid.
