Thank you for your prompt response. I have added the other photo as i don't think it appeared in my previous review. I would expect the bracelets to last quite a while if the string holding the beads together is indeed the tough nylon recycled from old fishing nets etc. As stated previously I'm happy with Soul Hippy's service and customer care, this was more a critique of the bracelets. So thank you and i have amended my review as a result of your response. In answer to your question, the bracelets that are broken are the Shark Aware one and the Orca one.
