I had loads of questions I needed answering before committing to buy a bell tent - it's a big purchase! SoulPad's website is excellent, packed with advice for a novice canvas camper, and they returned my calls promptly with answers to my specific questions about tent drying. They then dispatched my tent incredibly quickly, even though we'd spoken on the phone after their cut off for next day delivery, and the tent was with us before 10am the next day. Fantastic service and so far, what seems like a fantastic tent. We've only put it up for one night to test it out (and haven't slept in it yet!) but the instructions are very full and clear. Camping for real next weekend and we can't wait!
