When you email a query in the middle of a Sunday lunch conversation to a tent company you don't usually expect an immediate reply - but SoulPad did. It is this kind of service that sets the standard, patiently explaining options, costs and making valuable suggestions. The shipping - all the way to Italy - was just a few days. The tent made my children smile just to look at it - they don't want me to take it down - I don't either. I am so impressed in every way and I couldn't recommend SoulPad more.
