Over the years I've bought quite a few guitars and amps from Sounds Great, but this was my first internet experience with the company, and I have say the service was excellent. My resent purchase was a Fender American deluxe Jazz Bass, once I had decided to push the button the process went really smooth, and without any problem. My contact at the shop was Neil who provided great communication and answered any question I had my return mail. The company shipped with Fedex which was another bonus for me. Neil suggested holding the guitar over the weekend to avoid it being sat in a cold warehouse over the weekend in total the shipping time to my home in Vienna Austria took 3 working day which was great, The guitar was packed really well in two boxes which kept the guitar safe and sound during its long journey, arriving safe and sound in perfect condition. I could not ask for better service, I would highly recommend buying from Sounds Great, its a small shop who offer the best of everything quality products at fair prices and super service and advise. What more could you ask for.
