Bought a Blackstar ID:15 TVP (trading in an ID Core Beam), happy little boy until the 'line in' was found not to function. Returned it to the shop and within an hour all fixed, fine and dandy and being prepared for dispatch back to me. All tested now and I'm back to being happy. I would have given 5 stars, but the trade in value stung a bit (I know we all want top dollar). But overall, great shop, friendly and helpful.
