A helpful, friendly company to deal with. Instrument as described was shipped carefully and promptly, but let down by carriers who despite the copious amount of packing managed to drop it from a great height causing damage to the bell. Sounds Great quickly understood the problem and without quibble paid for our local repairer to rectify the damage minimising delay and avoiding further damage.
