The service was excellent during the online purchase and responding to my inquiries was rapid and precise. It was very easy to shop online in Soundsgreatmusic.com. It took a week to deliver my order but I suppose it was due the Fed Ex logistics. The guitar I bought was in excellent condition and sounds superb. However the set up could have been better made, but there was no major problems.
