The service of the company was excellent. I called them and ask for a quick delivery because I needed a distortion pedal for my brother in Greece. The response was immediate and my brother is very pleased with the product. \nOne comment for the delivery agent: I could not find a phone service to contact them and report a mistake that they had done. I put my working address cause I am at work during the day, an address that I have used several times in the past with no problems. There is always a receptionist in the entrance so there is no way to miss the collection. I was forced to call the seller again to give further specifications for my address. The only choices online was to change my delivery date or the collection point. It would be useful to have a pone service for such issues.
