The service by telephone was excellent. The package arrived promptly and the pickup was well-wrapped in bubble wrap. However, the clear plastic box was badly damaged - it appears to have been crushed at some point in transit. The pickup appears to be undamaged but I haven't had the opportunity to fit it yet. When I do i will let you know if there are any problems.\n
