Very pleased with the service. I phoned to check that my guitar (Gretsch Pro Jet) would actually fit in the case I was looking to buy. They went to the trouble of putting a guitar in the case in the shop to make sure. I then bought the case online and it was delivered a couple of days later. Excellent service.
