I was very pleased with the courtesy and patience shown towards me on my latest purchase; I had some reservations about the gear I was going to use for the MacPherson Pagan guitar, if I bought it. There was no need to worry though, as they demonstrated the guitar to me with replica kit! I purchased this guitar and can honestly say it is brilliant! Can safely recommend Sounds Great to anyone, young or old.
