After providing all docs and making the payment, Souqalmal team informs me that they cannot process the policy.
Now i have to wait for the refund and then apply again thru some other insurer.
Although your team was quick enough for providing me the feedback.
However, my first experience was not good. You guys should check in advance whether the policy can be processed or not.
It was a waste of my time.
