I applied online, and I got an email that my car insurance is ready, when I went to register the car the insurance policy wasn't uploaded in RTA system! and it after 6pm and I couldn't get help from Souqalmal!
Then I found out that it wasn't uploaded because I didn't have a file number in Dubai, so why nobody told me they had problems in uploading the policy because of the file number? I could've sorted out the issue without delays.
However next day support was ok.
