Really disappointed with Souqalmal... when i purchase the policy your representative mention i can save AED 1300/- which they will provide as gift voucher but i asked him regarding details of vouchers , and terms and condition which he did not mention but he said you can redeem , when i recieved this voucher i found it is useless .... which we cannot redeem directly..
