I have sent all the documents a week ago and did any receive my policy till now. Provided I have sent many emails to my account manager Mr. Bilal(bilal@souqalmal.com) but I did not receive any reply from him. I will never use Souqalmal again is my life and I make sure to communicate this to all my family and friends as well.
